This is a 2 story + basement duplex located in Richland Washington. It is a fully functional 3 bedroom 1 bath property that has all the amenities of home. A full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and all necessary cookware, plates and drinkware. It boasts a full living and dining room that will make you feel at home. All 3 rooms have queen size beds and plenty of storage for all your travel wear. The property has central heating and air 3 bedroom, 1 bath duplex. Has all the amenities you need, and more. There is a Smart TV on the main floor with Hulu, a big selection of movies to choose from in the entertainment center, an Xbox, and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, sugar and oils. Down in the basement, on one side, we have a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your stay and on the other side of the basement we have included a ping pong table. Heading upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. This is a duplex/townhouse. You are not sharing any spaces with anyone. There are several places to walk to and from this location. The Columbia river, several bars and restaurants, parks, the Richland farmers market at the parkway (starting June 7, every Friday, going through the summer months), and bowling alley all less than a mile away. There are bike trails all over too if you end up bringing a bike with you. John dam plaza at the Hapo community stage, the city of Richland hold several events there during the summer months. Every Thursday they have a live band, food, fun kids activities, and beer garden. This is called live at 5. You can read more about this online. Sometimes they even have movies at the amphitheater there for the kids. The Tri-cities is well known for the wineries. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the house. There’s an arcade in there too. Several parks close by. Our boys’ favorite is the Goethal’s park that is very close by. They have two playgrounds. One of them has a zip line, and they just added a wood climbing structure. There is a roll-arena about half a mile away also. The bowling alley also has a bar, casino, comedy club, and night club. Just a 5 minute walk. Depending on what you are planning on doing while you are here, you can walk to several places, ride a bike, rent a car, or use a taxi, or Uber. It all just depends on your preference. We have provided several amenities for your stay to make it comfortable and fun. We have a ping pong table down in the basement. We also have a bunch of DVD’s, Hulu, and an Xbox. No smoking in the house. If you do smoke, please do it outside and throw away all cigarette butts. As much as we love pets, we do not allow them at the house. We apologize, but there are people that have allergies and we like to keep the home pet free because of this.
