Enjoy the views from the two balconies over looking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Steps down to your private beach right on 30A with short walk/drive to Rosemary Beach. You'll have 3 bedrooms with room for 9 to spread out if you like, or gather in the spacious family room, kitchen area to visit with your family and friends. Our gorgeous 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhome in the Seacrest beach area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset on either of the two balconies with expansive unobstructed views overlooking the Gulf. In Blue Tide, you are right on a private beach where you can enjoy the sun, water activities, and relaxation. When you want a break from the beach, it's time to relax in the pool which is right outside the front door. This spacious home has plenty of space for relaxing, dining, and of course, comfortable sleeping. Bedrooms: 1) master suite with king bed, private updated bathroom, and expansive views of the gulf; 2) second bedroom with queen bed, trundle (2 single beds); and 3) third bedroom with queen bed and single. Bathrooms: 1) master bath; 2) second floor bath; 3) main floor full bath. We have contracted with a beach chair service, and you will have 2 chairs, a table, and an umbrella set up for you waterside each morning and taken down each evening. You of course can order more chairs or just bring down the ones we have in our storage closet. The company is also happy to rent you kayaks, SUP boards or do a sunset bonfire for you at your request. Also, enjoy the biking and walking trail along 30A to access local shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities at Alys, Rosemary, and Seaside beaches. We have 2 adult bicycles available for your use (and we can help you rent more) for your stay to explore the area.
