Free Parking available in shared driveway. Driver must be able to manuever tight areas and be willing to adjust car during stay, IF NEEDED to assure others can park or to enter or exit. Welcome to our ADORABLE OCEANBLOCK Studio (efficiency). This is a second floor unit, you must be physically able to walk steps. Our condo is a convenient location to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, downtown shops & Funland if you have little ones. You will work owners direct only! Less than ¼ block walk takes you to the sandy dunes of the ocean and the Rehoboth Boardwalk. This location cannot get better as it is set off of Wilmington Avenue for a more peaceful setting. We are in the center of Rehoboth, between the popular action packed Rehoboth Avenue one direction and Fun Land one block the other direction! If you are bringing the kids, FUNLAND can be an every night, in-expensive outing! Both adults and children will delight in festive amusements and the best restaurants that surround this condo. This rental is located on Wilmington Avenue. Newly updated sectional sofa with queen mattress and area rug. RENTAL STAY: During the summer season June 15- August 23, we rent MONDAY TO FRIDAY or FRIDAY TO MONDAY or FRIDAY TO FRIDAY. If you book outside of this time frame your request will be canceled unless an arrangement was available with the owner per the calendar. THE CONDO: This Studio sleeps only up to 2 adults and up to 2 children is permitted. Maximum of 4 guests if it includes children. In this adorable condo you will find the living area with a pullout sofa with an upgraded QUEEN memory foam mattress and a Queen sized MURPHY bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress. The kitchenette has extra hidden storage under the counter height island for your snacks and 4 stools to maximize space. Also the unit has a Fridge, Microwave, Sink, utensils and even a little skillet if you choose not to indulge in the amazing restaurants around once in a while. Please note that you do need to supply your own sheets and towels. Pillows and blankets are in the unit. Our beautiful and space saving bathroom has tiled flooring, a very cool modern round stand up shower, shelving in the corner for your sink supplies and floor to ceiling cabinets to store your bathroom towels and items. This Efficiency uses every corner to assist in storage and making it feel spacious. We have a 32' LCD with DVD player in the main room and an amazing floor to ceiling mirrored storage unit to hold all your belongings for your stay. PARKING: With this IN-TOWN location, you can PARK your car and WALK EVERYWHERE! The parking area is tight so be prepared to utilize assistance in maneuvering your car as it is a U shaped configuration. Owners are not responsible for damages. Just be prepared to be slow and careful when parking in tight spots and cutting corners. We have a minivan and fit just fine everytime. You may be asked to adjust your car during your stay to assist in others coming and going. Per guests suggestions in past reviews, we now have initiated professional cleaning with each booking. Check in at 2 pm and check out at 10 am. This is to assure satisfaction with our guests and to reduce the risk of renters not following instructions. We are like a second home, not a hotel, therefore please bring your items needed: Bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) for two Queen beds, one Murphy bed and one pull out sofa with special upgraded mattress for the non sleeper sofa feel. Please bring bath and beach towels, soap products, trash bags and paper products (paper towels and toilet paper). Items to consider bringing: Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas, food, personal cleaning supplies, blankets, entertainment (toys, boardgames and movies), mattress protectors. A welcome letter with home access will be emailed before your stay. Please contact me if not received a week before your stay in case of email problems. RENTAL CONTRACT Please check the home for cleanliness and damage upon arrival. Report any problems or damages upon day of arrival. If damages are not reported upon day of check in, damages will be considered self-inflicted. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. Upon check out, Tenants are responsible to put away dishes, Remove food items from refrigerator, put beds, pillows and blankets back in place. Also please remove trash from house and empty into trash can labeled unit 1-6 on side of front building. This deposit may also be used to cover any extra rental charges due to early arrival before 2 pm or late departure after 10 am without prior consent or if excessive cleaning is required after your stay. $100.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if key is missing. The security deposit will be returned to you through method of payment within 30 days. If a claim is made on your security deposit, the remainder of your security deposit will be sent. Please respect your neighbors by monitoring your noise levels both inside and outside condo and do not throwing trash or cigarette butts over balcony. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in eviction by Landlord, Building Manager or Rehoboth Beach Authorities. There is no smoking at the property. There is no house phone is not provided in unit. Only those on contract, maximum of 4 people with only 2 being adults. Sub-letting is not permitted. Guests hereby acknowledge and grant permission to property owners to enter premises at any time for if needed for emergency, maintenance, repair or inspection purposes. It is our intention to provide all the basic necessities and amenities as advertised. There are some instances that are beyond our control therefore, all small and large appliances, Cable, Television, WiFi, DVD player are a courtesy of the Landlord and in the event of an unforeseen failure, replacement during stay is not guaranteed and no refunds will be provided. Owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that items in home will be and remain in good working order. If repair is necessary, repairman may be scheduled during your stay to fix any problems. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE. This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. We have described our vacation rental in detail to the best of our ability, but we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location. If tenant violates any of the conditions or restrictions of this agreement, all or any part of the security deposit may be forfeited. THE OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for injury loss, theft or damage to your belongings, self or vehicle while at the rental. The property owner will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property. END OF CONTRACT You will be emailed a welcome letter before your stay. Your email will be requested so I can email the attachment to you. Please contact me prior to arriving if you have not received this. Only 100 steps to the boardwalk and beach, great location between funland and Rehoboth Avenue. You are surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Have a great vacation.
