The room amenities are new mattresses, pillows/linens, ceiling fan. LOWER LEVEL ENTERTAINMENT ROOM The lower level room includes plenty of comfortable seating on 2 couches with 4 built-in recliners facing the cozy gas fireplace or a 50” flat screen smart TV, a bar with refrigerator, a microwave, pool table, board games, checkers/chess table, a poker game table with cards/chips and for those musically inclined, there is a music center including a guitar, keyboard and bongo for percussion. Beautifully tree'd with the exception of the amazing views off the back decks. Serenity Ridge is located in a community with paved and maintained roads. Parking is very easy and you can access with cars or trucks with no issues. The paved driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars with some being behind each.
