Afraid of rainy forecasts during your stay or need a place for kids to play while you relax? Our flex space has an additional 1,000 sq feet of entertainment area, and additional sleeping space. The space Welcome to StarBurst! 33 acres of lush grass surround you while you relax at the lake. 2 Private Bedrooms, each with an amazing en suite and exterior door that leads you out into your private courtyard complete with fire pit, BBQ grill, veggies and flowers, lounging areas, and your own hot tub! Huge showers for each bedroom with waterfall rainheads, heated tile floors, LED accent lighting, massive 75" TV in the living room with a modern propane fireplace. Ample indoor and outdoor dining space. All new appliances, high speed internet, YouTube TV for all the local and sports channels, we also have games for game night. The additional flex space comes with a second refrigerator, a walk in shower to rinse off from a day at the lake, ping pong table, additional sleeping space (air mattress and two child size cots provided or bring your own cots or sleeping bags). The home is a duplex, one side is the AirBnB and the other side is the empty owner's suite. We want our guests to have privacy so we decided not to rent both sides at the same time unless it is to the same group, each side has the same awesome amenities, the other side is available for the same nightly rate, please message us if you would like to rent both sides. Other things to note Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the rental property or outside on our rental properties listed. This policy applies to includes all smoking items including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, pipes, hookahs, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers. If there is evidence of smoking inside or outside a rental property, guests will be subject to an additional fee.
