The house is a nice, Victorian house that I have remodelled to high standard. A clean, spacious, and tidy place within walking distance to town centre. Approximately 10 minute walk to Southampton central station. Not too far to the cruise ship terminals, West Quay mall, buses every few minutes, supermarkets, banks, and everything you could find in a high street within a few minutes walk! I am an experienced Airbnb host and I know how to make your stay a very pleasant one The space This listing has CCTV cameras in the communal areas. The cameras are placed in the entrance hallway, the kitchen and the upstairs landing. as you come out to the left is Southampton City Centre and all of its amenities. Train and coach station within minutes walk. To your right, you have Shirley high street and everything you can imagine from supermarkets, banks, fruit markets, chemists, convenience stores, and anything a busy high street can offer. The buses run every few minutes, there is a co-op 3 min walk and although there is room for 4 cars in the driveway, only two people can park and the other guests will have to find parking on the road. So please do let me know if you will need parking. Guest access everything in the house, from the kitchen fully equipped, high speed WiFi to cable TV and washing machine and tumble dryer. During your stay I am reachable by text or call and I do not live far from the house. Other things to note If you need a longer term accommodation we can negotiate the price.
