It is located on a high floor, a new building with a wonderful sea view, and has access for people with disabilities. Close to bakery/minimarket, ice cream parlor, restaurant. The space - The place is pleasant and with excellent lighting and ventilation, 100m from the sea, beautiful view from the balcony. Ample space for family or friends. - In the bedroom, a double bed and 4 pillows, in the living room a sofa bed, + an extra single mattress and a single Folding Futon Mattress that can serve as a bed, 39-inch TV with Wi-Fi, living room with integrated kitchen (American), kitchen table, microwave oven, blender, kitchen utensils, faucet filter, laundry area, toilet and gourmet balcony. - The building is well located, safe and monitored with security cameras. - When you return from the beach, you must use the bathers' entrance. - Please bring bed, bath and table linen. - Used dishes must be washed and stored. - We kindly ask you not to use the sofa for meals, nor to put feet with shoes on it. Do not lie down or sit on the sofas and/or bed in wet beach attire. - When you finish your stay, leave the place clean and organized as you found it. -The cleaning fee charged is to find the space clean and not to leave it dirty. - Security Deposit - if you damage the premises, you may be charged up to R$ 500.00. - On long holidays, only 3-night reservations will be accepted.
