Jockey Plaza Shopping Center and 5 minutes from Cepal, Centrum, Esan, UPC. The space The MiniApart is located on the 2nd floor, inside a house Accommodation with a separate entrance. There are 6 Miniapart within the same accommodation, there are no common areas. Other things to note Quiet area surrounded by parks ideal for running and sports Rate does not include housekeeping during your stay. Cleaning items are delivered only once along with the apartment's items. Replenishments are at the guest's expense. We have a space on the street to park the car, subject to availability and reservation, please inform in advance, only if it is available can it be reserved PETS ARE ALLOWED (dogs only). You must inform us that you will come with your pet at the time of booking and you must pay a S/100 guarantee. The guarantee will be returned to you at check-out once it has been verified that the policies have been complied with. PET POLICY 🐶 The guest is liable for any damage that their pet may cause. If this generates expenses, they will be charged at check-out.
