Noise levels that exceed this level and outdoor gatherings between the hours of 10pm and 7am will not be tolerated. For any violation, the Town of Narragansett Police Department will issue penalties in the form of a fine of not less than $400.00 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days. Any subsequent violation can lead to greater fines and imprisonment.
