Welcome to Sango (means coral in Japanese) Katase Guest Rooms. It’s on the modern concrete building, located in 2 minutes from Shounan-kaigan-kouen station of Enoden line. Enoshima-island is 10 minutes walking distance through Sakai-river side. Kugenuma-beach (Shounan) is always full of local surfers, you will encounter beautifull sunset and Mount Fuji view there. We are looking forward to see you! The space There is a comfortable sofa and the room is well equipped. You can enjoy reading, cooking some food or talking with your special person. Sometimes you can work. If you would like to enjoy the dusk or the moon, please take your time to walk along the river and go to the sea. We would appreciate if you could spend more slowly time than usual. This room is 43 square meters, a large studio room. I collect and put my favorite antique furniture and decorate my favorite paintings in the room. The room accommodates maximum 4 adults. If you would like to reserve the room with your children, please feel free to contact us. This apartment is 40 square meters that is possible to accommodate 4people. -living room with kitchen and bed room - internet (wi-fi) at home - 1 air-conditioners which has both cooling & heating functions. - Queen size Bed and Sofa bed for 4 with clean linens. - 4 Bath towels & 4 hand towels - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dish soap & laundry detergent - hair dryer - iron - vacuum cleaner - kitchen with pans, dishes & some tools - refrigerator, microwave, electronic kettle - coat hangers - self-locking entrance & security camera - New & well designed building Guest access Whole rent Other things to note ★Dear Guest “Facilities” -Please keep quiet and do not disturb other resident in the apartment and outside of the apartment as well. -The entrance of this apartment is self-locking door. Please carry your key and valuables with you any time you leave your room. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property. -Please do not place your belongings or garbage in public spaces such as the hallway. “Room” -Please do not smoke. No candles & incense as well. -Please be careful not to leave the cooking stove on. -Please take off your shoes when you enter the room. -Please separate the garbage into "BURNABLE", "UNBURNABLE" and ‘’RECYCLES”. In Japan, it is very important to follow the rules of garbage disposal. You can leave your garbage in this room. -Please do not bring any room equipment such as towels, tools and electronic equipment by mistake. -There are 3 tall chairs in this room. They’re uniquely designed products and not well-balanced. Please be careful not to fall from them. -We don't have PC, phone, slippers. -Please switch off air-conditioner / Heater, room lights and other electric appliances when you go out. -When the circuit breaker cuts off the power, please open the white box in the bathroom, then reset the breaker. -There’s a drying machine in the bathroom. You can hang the laundry in the bathroom. Please do not hang the laundry on the balcony or in the room. “Check-in and out” -Please show us your photo ID when you check in. We might need to photocopy your passport. The purpose is to keep the record of our guests. In case we couldn’t meet when you check in, we’ll contact with you. We’ll stop by your room to ask you to show us your photo ID, when you’re available. - In case the guest who doesn’t make any reservations with us shows up on the check-in date, we might need to request the guest to pay an additional charge. -Please don’t forget to return your key when you check out. ★We appreciate your cooperation.
