The golf course is approx. 200 m away. This is a sought-after residential and villa location. Flexible size: The villa has two living levels with separate entrances: the main part is upstairs with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, terraces, and balconies with direct access to the garden, including an apartment on the ground floor with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On this level is the garden with a jacuzzi, dining table for 10 people, and deck chairs with sunshades. The villa is only rented as a whole, otherwise the lower apartment remains unused. Easily accessible by car. Several steps lead to the main entrance of the villa. In the winter months, you can enjoy the cozy warmth of an open (glass-protected) fireplace in the main apartment on the upper floor. Mediterranean plants frame the romantic garden with its natural stone walls. There are other villas, country houses, and garden parks in the neighborhood. The villa offers plenty of space to play and relax. Jacuzzi with lake view and lighting for 6 people. The lake is about 2.5 km away. Pool and beach “Lido di Menaggio” on the lake. Tip: Park Teresio Olivello in Tremezzo - with bistro and sanitary facilities. Mobile deck chairs in the villa. Outside the village, there are further beaches and Lake Lago di Piano with beautiful beaches, accessible on foot or by bike. Please note: When sharing the ground floor apartment, the price applies to 8 or more people. Interesting all year round due to its inspiring location and proximity to Lugano, Menaggio, Varenna, and Bellagio. In Menaggio, the legendary Lido with large pools and restaurant. Ideal for golfers (beginners and advanced players alike) due to its proximity to the golf course. There is space for three vehicles on the property: one garage space and two parking spaces. There is a charging station (wall box) for electric cars, which you can use for an additional fee. The fee is €50 per car for two weeks and €25 for each additional week. You will be given a chip on site to activate the charging station.
