Private swimming pool with spacious wooden deck. Outside the kitchen there is an extensive roofed patio/barbecue 4 dining tables for happy meals: a)inside living room, b)outside living room facing pool c)on the barbecue and d)inside kitchen. There is free WiFi throughout all house and barbecue. The house has private parking with space for 4 cars. The best way to reach our house is by car. There are public bus 10 minutes walking. Also touristic tram. Guest access The guests will be alone in all house. Some doors will be closed, like stairs to garage, storage room, etc This villa is very safe for young children and we have protections to the swimming pool and the outside stairs Unfortunatly, this house is not prepared for wheelchairs, once there are few steps to entrance door. Walking distance to Beach, restaurants and shops.The house owners live in Lisboa. But we are allways available for our guests. Other things to note -The house is located in a quiet, dead-end street in the village of Praia das Maçãs with a relaxing sea view. It's a 10-minute walk to restaurants, stores, and the beach. Sintra is 11km away and Lisbon is 35km from the villa. - 20km to the 3 nearests GOLF COURSES: Beloura Golf Club, Penha Longa Resort or Belas Clube de Campo - Please be advised that due to government requirements, you will have to present a valid travel document, upon check-in. - We allow pets in the house as long as the owners are responsible for any damages. No additional costs. CHILDREN: We have a total of 3 gates for children: 1st is on the steps to the swimming pool, 2nd is on the backyard stairs and 3rd is near the corner of the house. With these 3 barriers, the adults may stay on the backyard barbecue and the children cannot go to the front side. Also when adults are on the outside front table, the children cannot go to the swimming pool, nor the back side of the house. As grandmother, I always say that these barriers are not 100% safe, they are only to help parents, but children should never be alone. Registration Details 41088 /AL
