Guests will enjoy a wrap around porch, a separate screened in picnic house with large wood picnic table, and outdoor built in grill. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside and out (there is another sitting area not pictured). Wood dock with ladder to get in and out of the water for swimming, a boat slip and dock to bring and bring enjoy your own boat (Hewitt 4800 Cantilever Lift 114″x 127″ can accommodate up to 4800lbs).
