The Turks Head has its own adjoining pub and restaurant, where the chef has designed a menu based on local produce. The hiking trails of Coquetdale are 3 miles away from the property, and the Northumbria coastline can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This cottage was originally stables for the coaching inn, it is located in the garden just off the patio area, off of the pub's beer garden. It has a choice of either king-size bed or twin beds. It also has a small double sofa bed which can be used for an additional surcharge. It has a new private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. If no bed configuration is requested then a king-size bed will be offered.
