More than just flat land! In our cozy, with a lot of love in 2021, newly furnished apartment on the 1st floor of our single-family house, you can enjoy great rural and beach holidays and relax. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is therefore ideally suited for families. Dogs are welcome. On our 12 sqm sun balcony you can enjoy the sun all afternoon and evening. Other things to note Land and beach holidays - There are both of us! We have the perfect location for anyone who loves to explore both the water, the wind and the waves but also like to explore nature with a slow down forest walk. Just outside our front door you can also enjoy the wonderful North German expanse. Either while chilling on the large balcony, a relaxing walk or a great bike ride. The holiday metropolises Otterndorf and Cuxhaven are only a few minutes away by car. A stay in our rural atmosphere is slowed down and invites you to relax. However, if you want a little more hustle and bustle, a day trip to the nearby North German metropolises of Hamburg or Bremen is ideal. There is plenty of cultural to discover here or the shopping miles are explored.
