Welcome to our 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home located on a double lot with ample room for boat parking. Home is located only 2 blocks from Davis Canal public dock. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds that are double beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. All living area is on the 2nd floor; garage area used for owner storage. The house is on pilings and situated on 2 lots with ample room for boat parking in front or beside the house. Enjoy the porch swing while watching the outdoor Smart TV! This home has an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. The living room has a sectional sofa, ceiling fan and end tables. A large flat screen TV & VHS/DVD player. High speed internet with Wi-Fi is available for your use. Smart TVs are located in both bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee cups, glass wear, silver wear, wine glasses and all other standard necessities for the kitchen and more.
