Description
This is an adorable 1200 Sq Foot home with privacy but walkable to downtown OC. It has been fixed up nicely for two couples or a small family that needs a place to stay short-term. Fully furnished. It is on a side-street off busy traffic. It has a mature yard with beautiful trees and flowers. The space This is a historic house in the McLoughlin Historic area of Oregon City. The walk to the elevator to reach the lower level main street is 10 blocks away. The Great American Main Street 2018 has adorable pubs, restaurants, and shops. It has beautiful views of the Willamette River. There are restaurants a few blocks away and a park one block away. There is a year-round city indoor pool two blocks away. Guest access The entire house. This is a rental so it is designed for 1-6 month stays. Other things to note There are sprinklers for summer watering. So you just get to hang out and enjoy. It is an older home with electric heat, but all the wall heaters are new with thermostats. You just set the temperature you want. There are new AC window units for the summer months in both bedrooms. Downstairs has a ceiling fan in the kitchen area and I will have a fan in the living room. Only the upstairs really gets warm in the summer. New carpet, new microwave, new dryer, fridge, and really nice new mattresses. Everything works great. All the windows have screens, the bathroom have vents, the kitchen has pots and pans, etc. It has wifi and cable set up. This place is ready for a family to get comfortable for a while. The floor mattress is a comfortable twin. Really ideal for a child sleeping on the floor in the parent’s room or 3 kids in one room. The small side patio is private and sunny, with a propane BBQ, circle table/seats, and two plastic rocking chairs.
