SPILIA STONE HOUSE

A stone luxury furnished house in the quiet of a wonderful Cretan grove. The construction was done in harmony with the environment and the need of the modern city man for rest and relaxation. Our desire was to create a space for calm, cozy, nice and comfortable. A space that you want to live in it !!! The space Luxury furnished stone house is offered for vacation at the picturesque Spilia village, near Chania. Tradition says that the village took its name from the Cave of St. John, located on the hill of Marathokefala. The Church of St. John the Hermit and the Church of All Saints are in the cave. The cave is located at the crossroads in western Crete, where you can easily enjoy unique beaches such as Falasarna, Balos, Elafonisos and Paleohora. There, in the quiet environment of a wonderful Cretan olive grove and just 1000 meters from the Kolymvari and sea, the traditional stone villa is built in perfect harmony with the environment. The construction began and ended in 2011 with great care, a lot of personal work, great respect for the environment, but also the need of the modern city man for rest and relaxation. Our desire was to create a space for calm, cozy, nice and comfortable holidays. A space that synthesizes the wisdom of tradition, but with all modern amenities. A space that you want to live in!!! The house is very bright, decorated with taste and aroma of the countryside. The interior is shaped and decorated with great attention to detail and aesthetics of the area with an emphasis on stone and wood. The furniture is carefully selected and matched with the environment providing relaxation. The ground floor consists of a single room with a modern kitchen, living room and bathroom. An extension of the living room stands a large stone terrace with wonderful unique view of the village green and the bay of Kolimbari The terrace is fully equipped with beautiful wooden furniture in monastic style. Going up the stone staircase we find three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a master bathroom. The balconies of the first floor have panoramic views of the area that reaches the sea. The house has all modern requirements. It has an electric heater and is equipped with electrical appliances Whirlipool (fitted kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, TV). The house has a private 3 car parking.
