Upon entry, guests are greeted with an open concept family room, a great place to unwind with a movie night in! The kitchen/dining room area is located off of the living room. Perfect for making a home cooked meal to enjoy with family or friends! On the bottom floor, the second living room space offers a place for the kiddos to hang out, and give the adults some R & R! Out back, make sure to make use of the enclosed shower, and rinse off all of the sand from a long day at the beach! After rinsing off, head over to the spacious deck/outdoor seating area for some cocktails and a BBQ on the gas grill! Guest access You'll find a sliding door off the dining room that leads to the backyard. This kitchen is well-suited for anything you might have in mind, from family breakfasts to late-night BBQs. A favorite many is the proximity to Roger Wheeler State Beach, and a few favorite local restaurants! Sunset Farm is nearby, kids will love to visit to say hello to all the animals and go see how they live on the farm. The farm store sells fresh vegetables and fruit, pies, jellies, cookies, meat and made to order food items. The Block Island ferry is just a couple miles away where you can ride on the fast ferry or larger ferry to Block Island or Martha's Vineyard. Other things to note Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will be delivered to your rental's doorstep in a large linen bag. Each item is individually packaged in plastic to ensure you receive a fresh set for your stay. As the guest, you are responsible for making the beds. This is an intentional part of our process to provide reassurance around the cleanliness and handling of your linens. For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom.
