Ideal for comfortable and well-connected stays. The space Ribalta Sensaciones has 16 loft apartments, all of them identical in design and layout. They are located next to Ribalta Park, Castellón's main green lung, in a quiet and very convenient area. The city center is a few minutes' walk away, and the train station is a very short distance away. In addition, the tram stop, which connects directly to the center, the university, the fishing port and the beach, is just a few meters from the building. Nearby, guests will find everything they need for a comfortable stay: supermarket, shopping center, pharmacy, butcher shop, cafes, and other essential services. Each loft apartment is 50 m² and is characterized by its modern, spacious and bright design. There is no physical separation between the bedroom, living room and kitchen, creating a very comfortable open space. The accommodation is fully equipped and prepared to accommodate up to 6 people, thanks to its double bed, bunk bed with two single beds and sofa bed. Beds and towels are prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. The building also has a private garage. To book the service, guests will receive detailed instructions once the reservation is confirmed. The parking fee is paid separately. Just a 15-minute drive away is Grao de Castellón beach, making these apartments an ideal choice for both urban visits and enjoying the coast. In the lobby, you will find free lockers for storing luggage before check-in or after check-out, available to all guests. Please respect the peace of others when walking through the common areas, maintaining a quiet and pleasant atmosphere for everyone. The apartments do not have a washing machine, but on the ground floor of the building there is a nearby and accessible public laundry. Other things to note Beds and towels are prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. No more people are allowed to stay than those indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the trash every day, especially during the summer months. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Upon confirmation of the reservation, and prior to check-in, I will request a copy of all passports or IDs of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for canceling the reservation. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN AN APARTMENT ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER.
