It features two separate entertainment areas, ensuring everyone has space to spread out. The newly added game room is a highlight, complete with: - Pool table - Ping pong table - Air hockey table - Darts - Big-screen TV The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a dishwasher. You'll also find books, toys, and plenty of kid-friendly movies. **Bedroom Layout:** - **Upstairs:** Features One King and one queen bedroom, each with its own deck and lake view. The master bedroom includes an attached half-bath. A newly renovated full bathroom with a dual-sink vanity is also on this level. - **Downstairs:** You'll find another guest bedroom with a queen bed, a charming bunk room with four built-in twin beds, and a second newly installed full bathroom with a tub, shower, and double vanity. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and its amenities. While the home is not directly on the lake, you have fantastic private access just a short, one-block walk through the backyard. **Guest access includes:** - The entire house and property. - Private pier on Hutchins Lake for lounging, fishing, or swimming. - Lakeside fire pit. - Outdoor shower. - A dog pen for small and medium-sized pets. **We also provide everything you need for fun on the water:** - 2 single adult kayaks - 1 two-person kayak - 1 child's kayak - 2 stand-up paddleboards - A small fishing boat with oars - Various lake toys and rafts Other things to note - **Lake Proximity:** The house offers beautiful lake views and is a very short walk (approx. one block) to the private lake access. It is not located directly on the waterfront. - **Extra Guests:** Base rates are for 10 guests. A fee of $25 per person, per night applies for groups larger than 10. - **Hot Tub:** On days with same-day check-outs, the hot tub may require up to 3 hours after you arrive to reach its full temperature. - **Pier Season:** The pier is not guaranteed to be in the water before Memorial Day or after Labor Day. - **Entertainment:** The home has 5 TVs with streaming capabilities (e.g., Netflix) and 2 DVD players. - **Coffee:** We provide both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine.
