Off of the side entrance, there is private parking space. Off the front is a what gives us our name, a spacious deck with views of Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall - THE PORCH. Other things to note There is a washer and dryer at the property that you can access and use - however, one apartment next door does have access to this W/D as well. They have a separate entrance and the door between the W/D area and the Airbnb is separate with a coded lock. This machine is coin-operated.
