Sugar Tree Getaway is a beautiful custom contemporary mountain home located on Sugar Mountain near the ski resort, snow tubing, and ice skating. The house features a mix of modern European design with mountain contemporary elegance. The house accommodates up to 13 guests. Guests can enjoy nearby attractions like golfing, skiing, tennis, biking, or sightseeing. The Sugar Mountain Ski Resort shuttle stops directly in front of the cabin. You must be 25 years or older to book. The space A private, beautiful home available for vacation rental. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire private home, decks, and all amenities during their stay. Other things to note Must be at least 25 years of age to book. Important Note on Trash & Bears: Bear activity is very high in Sugar Mountain. Please DO NOT leave any trash on the exterior of the house under any circumstance. If you need to remove trash from the interior of the home during your stay (and when you depart), please bring the trash to the dumpster located at the base of the mountain next to police station (Dick Trundy, Rd).
