Ideally located a stone's throw from the superb Bouchot waterfall and only 5 minutes from shops, it offers an exceptional natural setting, on a large wooded plot bordered by a river. 🛏️ 3 comfortable bedrooms (6 people) *A master bedroom with private shower and sink *Two other bright and welcoming bedrooms Beds made upon arrival – bed linen and towels provided Recreation & relaxation🧸 area Ground floor game room with: Babyfoot Television, Numerous comics A perfect place for friendly moments for families or groups of friends Spacious & warm living🏡 room Kitchen open to dining room and lounge Ideal for sharing good meals and cozy evenings 🧺 Comfort & amenities Laundry room with washer and dryer Wifi, on-site parking Possible 🧩 extension up to 8 guests The main cottage sleeps up to 6 people. An independent apartment for 2 people, located on the ground floor of the accommodation, can be added to increase the total capacity to 8 people.
