The Hideaway - Clubhouse: There are no fees for clubhouse usage ( which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!). Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge. Some common questions answered about Storey Lake Resort! Are the pools heated year round? Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round! What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time. Are there activities at the Resort? Yes and the activities change monthly! Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra? Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too. What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily. What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 5 am – 12 am daily. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM. ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’) The primary booker must be at least 21 years old, in accordance with local HOA legal requirements.
