Cannery Row Condominium is located across the street from Dyckman beach and five minute walk to all the shop and eateries South Haven offers. This spacious second floor condo has an open floor plan with 2 levels and a covered balcony for breath taking sunsets and relaxing morning coffee. All the convinces of home in a relaxing beach town. Summer rentals have a 7 day minimum and begin on Saturday. Bedroom 1 has a King bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen. Loft area has a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a day bed with a trundle. Two full bathrooms and a gas fireplace. Both the loft and living area are equipped with smart TVs. There is a shared pool and hot tub as well as parking lot available for guests as well. Guests will have access to the community pool and outside seating and tables as well as gas grill. I am always available to guests for questions or concerns. In addition I have a someone locally that can help with any immediate needs. Cannery Row is located on the North side of the river in a residential neighborhood across form Dyckman Beach Access. There are many parks and beaches as well as the Maritime Museum. Easy walk to nightlife, dining and North Beach. There is even a small convenient store that makes box lunches and serves ice cream across the street. There are many Vineyards in the area and several tasting rooms with local wines in town. South Haven is extremely walkable and with this location you get the bests of both worlds. You are steps to the beach and an easy walk to downtown for dining, nightlife, and shopping. The pool in our complex is heated through out the season so if the lake is to cold you can still enjoy a nice dip in the pool. It opens the weekend of Memorial Day and closes the Saturday after Labor Day and the Hot Tub is open until first week in October.
