We have private parking The space The villa has a garden area and terraces around its perimeter, with a private and heated swimming pool located at the back. In the facade area there is a door for access and convenient parking of the vehicle. The Villa has four bedrooms, three of them inside the main building and a fourth on the terrace near the pool with a full bathroom. It has a fully stocked separate kitchen with kitchen utensils and appliances. The bathrooms are distributed as follows: in one of the rooms inside there is a full bathroom with a shower, there is another in the access hall to the three rooms with a bathtub, in the pool room there is another with a shower and a toilet on the ground floor where the living room and kitchen are located. On the upper terrace there is a solarium with good equipment to comfortably sunbathe or enjoy the impressive views of the dunes, Isla de Lobos and Lanzarote. There is an outdoor dining room that is accessed by one of the two doors available in the living room as well as the pool. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire Villa and its facilities. Regarding the rooms, use is subject to the number of people listed in the reservation, taking into account double use per stay. The existing guest room outside will only open with 7 or 8 guests. It is independent of the rest of the Villa and could be rented to people other than the guests of the Villa, but they will never have access to the facilities of the house, nor to the pool, all reserved privately for the guests of the Villa as it is totally independent even at the entrance from the street, so there is no reason for there to be any kind of coincidence between the guests of the Villa and the tenant of the guest room. Other things to note Guests will have the right to use the rooms according to the number of people listed in the reservation, taking into account that each room is designed for double use. If a guest wishes to consider a single-person room, they must request it and the host must authorize it.
