Other things to note * CHECK-IN is at 3pm, online and completely autonomous. Prior to this and to reduce waiting time, you must at least 1 hour in advance: * Fill out the guest registration through the link on our HOSPY platform, which you will receive after the reservation has been confirmed. * Once verified that your registration is correct, on the same day of your arrival you will receive the access codes to the building and your apartment, and all the additional information that you should keep in mind during your stay. * Valid documents for guests and visitors: Foreigners: Physical passport with the entry stamp to Colombia. Colombians: Original or digitally issued ID card. Visitors: You must present a valid physical document to enter the building. * If traveling with a minor, remember to bring civil registration and a document specifying that he or she is your child. Otherwise, you must show an authenticated power of attorney specifying the parents' permission for the child to travel with you. * Photocopied identification documents will not be valid. * Due to property policies, only one card will be given per apartment (which enables all the energy and lighting of the apartment and will function as your key, so *always carry it with you) * Late check-out will be charged if you do not leave at the scheduled check-out time. * Only 1 visitor is allowed at a time (maximum 3 hours) * Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents. * No drug use permitted. * Sex tourism is completely prohibited, as is the entry of strangers into the building. * Quiet hours after 10 pm. * Coworking is for guests only and hours are from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM * We do not have cable TV. * Use of NetFlix and/or any other digital platform is with your own account. * Inside the building you have an independent laundry service at an additional cost (Monday to Sunday from 7am-9am; 12pm-3pm and 5pm-7pm) * CHECK-OUT is no later than 12pm.
