Fully furnished, Close to the pool and dog friendly Matagorda is noted for it's great beach, fishing & birding. You can drive on 20 miles of beach. Fishing, shelling and birding is always good. This is not like Galveston with herds of people. The only herds are cattle that you may see behind the beach grazing on winter grass. All you have to bring is food, beach towels & your favorite toys. Kitchens are fully furnished, with enough supplies for several days. Condos are right next to the club house and pool. Just walk out your door and cross the bridge. You are just a short walk to the sand dunes, cross them and you are on the beach or you can get a beach permit from the local stores and drive on the beach.
