The space Ca' Marcello is a magnificent and ancient Venetian Villa of the '500 in Palladian style, of great class and elegance, artistic heritage, with frescoes and paintings of great beauty, surrounded by a secular park. The left wing of the Villa has been used as accommodation for guests, which can accommodate up to 10 people: are arranged on two floors, the access is independent and takes place from the historic porch of the Villa, via the connecting staircase. The accommodation is maintained in perfect condition, furnished with fine furniture and great refinement, to maintain the historical style of the time, while offering the comforts of modern times. It is perfectly inserted in a context of great historical and artistic prestige, which leaves the guests ecstatic, making live a unique experience of its kind, that no other structure can offer. On the first floor there are the following rooms: DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN: It is equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hob with extractor hood, sink, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, glasses and complete with every service for cooking meals; the table is spacious and can accommodate 8 people or more. The room is bright and well ventilated. STAY/LIVING ROOM: Very large and bright, optimal as a relaxation area, complete with comfortable sofas and armchairs to see the TV inserted in the historic fireplace. It is furnished in Elegant style with carpets, paintings and portraits that recall the splendors of the Villa. DOUBLE SUITE: It consists of an Open Space consisting of an entrance area for luggage storage and a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable sofa, bright corner desk, and the sleeping area with Queen Size bed ; the floor is parquet and the ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The room is furnished with carpets, soft lights and furniture to accommodate all your personal belongings. There’s air conditioning, dehumidifier and hot air. PRIVATE BATHROOM DOUBLE SUITE: It is complete with a sink with mirror, toilet, bidet, bathtub, shower and cabinets for your personal belongings. There will be soap and shower kits, with towels. The cladding of the bathroom consists of historic ceramics. Going up the stairs , on the second floor you reach a hallway that gives access to the following rooms: MASTER SUITE: It’s the main Master Suite, characterized by its mastery and elegance. It’s equipped with a king size bed, fine furniture, an armchair and a desk, All arranged to reproduce the same furniture used by the nobles, to make you feel like the nobles who stayed there and, at the same time, offer the best comfort for the night. The window of the room, offers the view of the magnificent main facade of the Villa and the main courtyard, a truly enchanting picture. There is air conditioning, dehumidifier and hot air, to improve your rest. WALK-IN CLOSET: Connecting the master bedroom to the bathroom, it can hold all your clothes. PRIVATE BATHROOM : It’s attached to the Suite Signorile and provides the best privacy and privacy for its use. All arranged just as it was used by the nobles who lived there. In addition to the bedside lamps that offer soft lighting, you can enjoy the light that enters from the window of the projected on the main courtyard, overlooking the Villa. STUDY : It is very bright, it is in the middle of the second floor, directly connected by both bedrooms or accessible from the entrance corridor, designed not to disturb the peace of those who rest: It serves as the central core of the second floor. This space is used for reading and work , equipped with desk, bookcases and a large and comfortable corner sofa, useful for moments of concentration or perfect as a relaxation area, given its harmony and the window overlooking the central courtyard of the Villa. SUITE DOUBLE : In this suite you will find great tranquility and ample space for your rest. The room is equipped with two single beds and a furniture complete with chest of drawers, mirror, armchair, chairs and desk. The room has a window overlooking the beautiful main courtyard of the Villa; It has a French door that gives access to a balcony overlooking the entrance of the Villa. Also this room is equipped with air conditioning, dehumidifier and hot air, to better support your environment. BATHROOM : easily accessible from the Noble Suite and the Double Suite and the Studio, via the entrance hall. It is complete with a bathtub that can be used as a shower, sink with large mirror, toilet, bidet, and chest of drawers to store your personal belongings; Floor and walls are in newly built ceramics. It will be provided with courtesy kit, with set of towels. It’s equipped with mechanical ventilation. PRIVATE GARDEN AND POOL: Outside the accommodation, there is a magnificent private garden (separated from the main park) exclusive for guests, with a swimming pool of 9X6m - 1.60m deep: the area is surrounded by statues, oleanders, roses and hydrangeas that give a colorful and relaxing environment, all delimited by the surrounding wall to allow maximum privacy for guests. * (the swimming pool is not heated and is open from 1st May to 30th September) The garden also has a paved area with gazebo, equipped with a wooden table, chairs, six deck chairs and a barbecue / grill, for refreshment and excellent outdoor picnics to enjoy the fun in the pool; There is also a small refrigerator for food and a changing room can be accessed from the private garden. Pool towels will be provided to guests and extra chairs can be requested. There is also a football field (inside the park) and three mountain bikes. PARK AND EXTERNAL SPACES The Villa is surrounded by a magnificent 9-hectare park dating back to the mid-1700s, which guests can access to take a relaxing walk: you will find historic avenues with ancient statues, centuries-old trees and paths of other times, which they form a perfect environment to find harmony and rhythm of the senses. From the public road, guests can directly access the accommodation by car, through a private entrance with a gate (separate from the main one of the Villa) which enters the parking area and the maneuvering area for cars: here there are 4 reserved uncovered parking spaces to the guests, all recited and safe. Guest access The Villa is located in the countryside, in a quiet village between the provinces of Padua, Treviso and Venice. From here you can easily reach cities of art such as Venice, Verona, Padua and Treviso, mountain towns, lakes or seaside resorts: all about 1 hour by car. The nearest train station is about 7km from the Villa, with trains that depart frequently throughout the day, to easily reach all major tourist destinations. The nearest airport (Treviso) is about 14 km from the Villa. If required, a private transport service can also be arranged for guests. To access the accommodation, there is a private indipentent entrance through a gate, with parking to make maneuver and 4 uncovered parking spaces reserved for guests, all fenced and safe. We advise our customers, however, to reach us with a car to be able to move freely during their holiday.
