LIVING ROOMS & DINING AREA There are 2 living rooms in the villa TV, AC and heaters are offered in both living rooms. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a water filter, crockery and cutlery. LAWN There is a 15714 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 40 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space and swings. POOL, JACUZZI, SPA AND SAUNA There is an indoor swimming pool along with a jacuzzi. The pool is 21x13 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. There are spa facilities including a sauna and steam room. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbeque meals can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person which includes 4-5 items. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Jacuzzi can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 for two hours. - Steam and sauna can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 each, for two hours. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for two hours. - Prices are subject to availability and peak season rates.
