Everything in this historic house has been completely updated. The house has many living areas so people can have common and separate spaces to relax and work. The inside has all the amenities but the its the outside 3 tier deck, concrete and grass play areas and easy access to local rivers and lakes that makes the house such a hit with its visitors. The entire house is rented except for the Master Bedroom, Basement, Office and Garage which will remain locked. The basement unit has its own entrance and its own driveway.
