Come and enjoy our beach paradise with two full-service marinas in the heart of Tampa bay . We have decorated it with the finest furnishings to a bright, airy, beach theme. This is not meant as an income property, but rather a family vacation home that we frequently use, and rent when it not being used. The beds and linens are incredibly comfortable, the sofa, chairs, and appliances are spotless and perfect. This is a home, not a house and we typically rent it monthly or longer. (4) balconies... (2) on each floor! Relax on the Adirondack chairs and watch the dolphins and manatees swim up the canal, or the boats heading out for a day of fun. Breathtaking sunrises flood the Master Bedroom as you lay in the King size bed (the blinds work if you want to sleep in). WiFi, Cable, and Phone included Keyless entry with your own code(s) so you cant forget your key.. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher. Both bedrooms have private full baths. 1/2 Bath downstairs. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need, blender, toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, all stainless steel appliances (filtered water & icemaker). Multiple Pools, Gyms, Hot Tub, Tennis, Pickleball, BBQs... more. On water activities such as jet ski rentals, charter fishing trips, sunset cruises and 2 marinas. Abundant shopping at either the outlet mall or the mall in Brandon, each being about 15 min in either direction. The beaches of Sarasota, Clearwater, Bradenton and St Pete are a short drive away. Siesta Key beach is the number one beach in the US. Local business will rent you a golf cart VERY inexpensively, deliver it to you, and pick it up.
