The apartment is located in a new passive duplex, its floor area is 130 m2 and 4+kk layout. It comfortably sleeps 8 adults, children can accommodate 4 extra beds, and a travel crib for the little ones. Upstairs there are three rooms, on the ground floor there is a sofa bed. There are two parking spots by the house and a storage for skis and bikes. Accommodation is especially suitable for one to two families with children. The house is a minute's walk from the deer by the woods. You can drive to the tourist center of Lipno nad Vltavou in five minutes. Other things to note If you want a crib (120cm x 60cm) and a high chair, please let me know in advance if one or two to prepare one. You'll need to have your own duvet and pillow with linens for a crib. One crib is free, the other crib is for 250 CZK per stay. Additionally, we charge an extra 100 CZK per night for each pet. Airbnb can only count one pet per stay, so you'll be charged extra for the rest. For stays of more than 8 people, the agency can't put extra beds upstairs, extra bedding will be on the beds below. Two rolls of toilet paper will be provided for each toilet (2x).
