You will receive the code for the lockbox around 9 am on the morning of your stay, provided you have completed all parts on your Guestflow portal. Please return the keys to the lockbox at the end of your stay. Other things to note Complete Your Online Check-In: - You'll receive an email with a link to your "Guestflow" portal - Please complete all steps as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in—this must be done at least 24 hours before arrival, unless it's a last-minute booking, in which case please complete it as soon as possible Damage Deposit & Verification Process: - Through Guestflow, you'll be asked to pay a small non-refundable card verification fee (you'll see the exact amount on the payment screen) - You must also have at least £200 available on the same card—this is a pre-authorization hold for your refundable damage deposit, not a charge - Stripe (our secure payment provider) holds the deposit, not us - Up to £200 may be charged only if there is damage caused by you or your guests - The hold is released about 5 days after your stay, but bank processing can take 10–15 working days to appear on your statement
