The home accommodations are thoughtfully designed to provide you with a cozy and inviting space to unwind and rejuvenate, while acting as a "home base" for your adventures. We are off Vineyard Drive and Hwy 46 West, in a country setting, 20 minutes to the coast. The space Welcome to Paso Robles Lavender Co., your serene retreat nestled on a picturesque 10-acre lavender farm. Our 1944 farmhouse offers a unique experience, combining the tranquility of nature with the luxury of world-class wineries at your fingertips. This is the perfect home base for all your wine country adventures. This spacious 1,200 sq ft home is thoughtfully designed to be a cozy and inviting space for you to unwind. The bright and airy open-concept lower level features a comfortable living area with an HDTV and a second sleeping space with a queen bed, separated by thick blackout curtains for privacy. The main private bedroom upstairs has a comfortable queen bed and crisp white linens. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, rice cooker, crock pot, and blender. Enjoy your morning coffee using the French press. After a day of exploring, relax in the full bathroom's soaking tub. Step outside to your private backyard, an expansive space with a concrete patio, fire pit, and dining set. Gaze at the beautiful mountain views, soak in your private hot tub, or enjoy a glass of wine under the stars. In the spring, the property is covered in a field of wildflowers, and you can spot deer and a variety of birds year-round. Take a stroll through our field of 800 lavender plants and breathe in the soothing aroma—you may feel like you're in Provence! For your comfort and convenience, the home is equipped with: Air conditioning and heating High-speed Wi-Fi Google Home Mini Hot Tub - stargaze and relax! Guest access You will have private access to the entire 1,200 sq ft house and its dedicated backyard amenities, including the patio, fire pit, bbq and hot tub. While we, the owners, live in the second farmhouse on the 10-acre property, each home has its own private outdoor spaces, ensuring a peaceful and secluded stay. The Neighborhood Our farm is located in what some call paradise—between Vineyard Drive and Highway 46 West. This prime location gives you easy access to the famous west side Paso Robles wine trail, where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the area with a bike ride or a walk. You are just a short walk from Jack Creek Cellars, where you can enjoy a tasting or a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful landscapes. The charming downtown of Paso Robles is a short drive away, as are conveniences like Trader Joe's, Target, and other grocery stores. Getting Around Our central location makes it easy to explore the best of the Central Coast. Jack Creek Cellars: Walking distance (there are some hills) Trader Joe’s (Templeton): 7 minutes Downtown Paso Robles: 8 miles Sensorio: 20 minutes Cambria: 20 minutes Cayucos: 23 minutes Hearst State Beach: 25 minutes **SBP San Luis Obispo Airport:** 25 minutes Big Sur: 1.5 - 2 hrs (check for road closures) Los Angeles: 3- 3.5 hours San Francisco: 3.5- 4 hours The property's "backyard" is expansive with a new 💦hot tub, concrete patio, fire pit, dining set and a beautiful view of the mountain and open fields. Enjoy a field of green in the winter, wildflowers in the spring, tall breezy golden grasses in the summer and spotting deer and all kinds of birds (some guests refer to it as a bird sanctuary) year around. Start or end your day on the back patio with coffee or wine in our truly magical setting. In the spring through mid summer guests are welcome stroll through our lavender field and smell the soothing aroma of french lavender ... you may feel like you're in Provence! Other things to note This spacious 1944 farmhouse offers 1,200 square feet of charm and comfort in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. The home features one private bedroom, plus a brand-new queen bed in the large lower living area. For added privacy, the second bed is separated by thick blackout linen curtains. The open-concept lower level also includes a full kitchen—complete with pots, pans, a microwave, full-size stove, and refrigerator—located about 20 feet from the second sleeping space. Please note: While not extensive, the home is multi-level, with one step into the bedroom, one into the bathroom, and four steps leading down to the kitchen and lower living/sleeping area. Outside, you’ll find an inviting fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor dining space to enjoy the open, peaceful surroundings. Our property is very open, private, and safe—perfect for a restful retreat. To ensure you have a wonderful stay, please note the following: No Dishwasher: The kitchen is fully equipped, but it does not have a dishwasher. Multi-Level Home: The house has a few steps inside. There is one step up into the bedroom, one step up into the bathroom, and four steps leading down to the kitchen and lower living/sleeping area. Power Outages: The home is equipped with a Tesla Powerwall to ensure you have continued power even during any local PGE outages. Owners On-site: We live in the neighboring farmhouse on the 10-acre property. Your rental and backyard are private to you.
