Lake Front Lodge & Chalet - Sleeps 24

Enjoy your own private lakefront resort on a 6 acre one of a kind property! Includes 2 homes that sleep a total of 24! There’s a pavilion area by the water complete with beach sand, grill, music, and lights! (We also have a pontoon boat available for rent). This is truly a unique property for your next family reunion or large group stay! The Lodge sleeps 16 and the Chalet sleeps 8! Garage has been converted to a game room that features Foosball, air hockey, arcade games, and a pool table! The space The Lodge Master Suite is large enough to retreat to get a break from the group when needed! King size bed, electric fireplace, TV sitting area, private entrance to the deck with a view of the lake. And the master bath is even better! Double sinks, whirlpool soaking tub, walk in shower with 3 shower heads, and a SAUNA! If your family wasn't there, you could jprobably just stay in this suite for the entire trip! The kitchen was updated and remodeled in early 2020 and is perfect for entertaining! Pet owners: your fur babies are more than welcome to vacation with you in the Chalet ONLY. Please no pets in the lodge. The lodge living room features plenty of comfy seating with a sectional couch, a 3 seat sofa, a recliner, and 2 chairs. The sectional also has a queen pull out bed. The other sofa has recliners on each end. The Chalet is so close to the water you could almost throw your line in from the deck! The view from the deck is just breathtaking! SLEEPING AREA'S: The Lodge - sleeps 16: Master bedroom is on the main floor. It has a king bed + a queen sleeper sofa + loveseat with a twin sleeper + a rocker recliner. Mega Room: upstairs - 3 queen beds + 1 bunkbed + queen sofa bed + a futon. This room can sleep up to 12 (with double occupancy of the queen beds). (2) Jack n Jill room rooms: upstairs - both have queen beds with a shared bathroom between them. Living room - has a queen sofa bed. The Chalet sleeps 8 : All one level Master - King Bedroom 2 - Queen with attached bathroom that also is accessible from the hallway. Bedroom 3 - Full size bed across the hall from the bathroom. Living room - queen sofa bed. Guest access Access to entire Lodge and Chalet. Entire property with the exception of owners warehouse/quarters Other things to note *Pets in Chalet ONLY. Douglas Lake is a TVA controlled seasonal lake. The water level drops after Labor Day and it is not at full pool again until around May. The main body of water is still usable, but the coves are often dry in the winter. So, non-summer stays do not include dock access. In the off season, we also rent the lodge and chalet separately.
