Coastal Breeze Bungalow is located just a couple of blocks from Downtown Rockport & Aransas Bay. Enjoy the bay views from the porch or enjoy the short walk to shops & restaurants in downtown Rockport. The house is fully furnished for your enjoyment with a full kitchen & comfortable dining & living areas. Two bedrooms have a queen bed & the third bedroom has three twin beds (1 bed & bunk beds). Living area features a sofa futon that can sleep two guests. Laundry room includes a washer & dryer The house features a master suite bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. There are closets in each bedroom for your use if you choose. Both bathroom are a full bathroom. Wifi and cable tv are also available. The kitchen has a classic coffee pot and a Keurig with a few k-cups to get you started. The living room has a sofa, two chairs and a futon which can be converted into an additional bed. Guests will be able to access the entire house except the closet in hall that is locked. We are located in Austin, TX but are often found enjoying Rockport. You will have our direct number for any questions and we have someone in Rockport that can help you if you need something. The house is located only a couple blocks from downtown Rockport and a short walk to the pier and bay. Local shops and restaurants are within a small walking distance as well. There is a small playground with swings and a basketball court about a block away. Well behaved pets are welcomed. Pet fee of $75 and limit 2 dogs under 25 lbs.
