River Life was just painted throughout and is waiting on a new modular sofa bed and updated bar stools. we are installing cafe lights on the deck that is only 50 feet from the Hooch in Downtown Alpine Helen. Home is a fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bath, cozy, and very clean. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 y on the coming sofa bed, We are just a stroll from the restaurants, shopping, the mountain coaster and tubing. Helen has indoor Pickleball courts and the Capybara Cafe for tons of fun! The space Riverlife, is a fantastic property just 50' from the Chattahoochee River ! We feel that our association has the best location and condos in Helen. it is a very spacious 2 bedroom with a King Size Lucid Gel foam mattress in the master suite and a super comfortable queen size mattress in the guest room. each bedroom has a gas log fireplace for those chili nights as well as one in the Living room The back deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the River and watch the occasional fisherman. Fully equipped with a washer and dryer and every appliance you could ask for. we offer a Elevator for those that have trouble navigating stairs. River life is the place to be when staying in Helen Guest access Hello, The ground floor door is an electronic lock, touch the bottom left corner to wake it up, then enter the code 2019 listen for the movement and you will see the check mark light up blue on the bottom left of the lock and it is open.. Please be sure the door is closed before heading upstairs as it auto locks in 5 minutes delay. We have an electronic deadbolt , touch the bottom left corner to wake it up, then touch 2028 and the bottom left check mark to unlock it, you will hear it and when the blue check lights up, it is open. When you leave touch the bottom right corner the x and it will lock the door and you will see the red X. We have a lock box down stair on a wood post number 101. The code is 2001 one key opens the ground floor door ( electronic locks are coming soon!) The other key is a back up for the door to unit 101 Riverlife. Other things to note We are 2 doors down from the Festhalle so we are right in town but at the Rivers edge and a mountain across the River behind us so it feels like you miles away at the same time.. the location is the absolute best in our Bavarian town.
