Perfect for large groups, enjoy multiple gathering spaces—upstairs living room, downstairs family room, game porch, and the dock—plus a diving board, rope swing, and lake toys. The home is tucked into a quiet, deep-water cove, so you can enjoy calm water, great swimming, and reliable depth for docking. Guest boats are welcome, and you’ll love spending time on the dock with the diving board, rope swing, and a variety of lake toys, including two kayaks and lots of floats for lounging on the water. Inside, the layout is designed for larger groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. You’ll find multiple living and hangout areas so adults can relax while kids (or the competitive friends) take over the fun spaces. There’s a ping pong table and a dedicated gaming monitor, plus plenty of room to gather for meals, games, and movie nights. Convenience is part of the experience, too—linens and paper products are provided, so you can pack lighter and settle in faster. And when you’re ready to head out, you’re just 10 minutes from the Westlake Village shopping area, with easy access to nearby restaurants, marinas, and essentials for last-minute groceries or a day on the water. Guest access Guests will receive a unique, reservation-specific access code through our app/website to unlock the passage door inside the garage that leads into the home. No physical keys or garage door openers are provided. Passage door codes are active only for the duration of the reservation and expire at checkout. Other things to note For security and property monitoring, exterior cameras are installed around the home and may be periodically viewed by select members of our family to help ensure the safety and upkeep of the property and to confirm access for scheduled vendors. Cameras are positioned only in exterior/common access areas incluign the dock—never inside the living spaces—and should not be covered, disabled, or obscured at any time during your stay. We do ask for email/mobile for contracting and provide our direct information for you to contact us. No personal information is shared with other parties. Boats and personal watercraft can be rented from local marinas. Dogs are subject to approval and an additional cleaning fee. We require a rental contract separate from Airbnb's terms; this must be signed before entrance is granted. If the agreement is not signed, we will not grant access to the house and will consider the reservation canceled by the guest, subject to the cancellation clause. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older with proof of ID when signing the contract. Trash must be removed from the property at the end of the stay. An additional fee for removal will be charged if debris is left.
