The new and well-maintained apartment is located in the heart of the Cinque Terre National Park, in the upper part of the village. Given that Manarola is made up of narrow streets, ups and downs and stairs, reaching its upper part could be a bit challenging, especially with luggage; however, the incredible views you'll enjoy once you are settled are definitely worth the effort! It consists of living room with a new kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower. It has A/C, free WIFI, two induction burners, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric ketttle, toaster, hairdryer, first aid kit, sustainable courtesy products. Guest access The apartment and its private balcony Other things to note 1 - GUEST REGISTRATION: In Italy the registration of ALL GUESTS is MANDATORY! Documents must be provided as soon as required by your host Barbara. VERY IMPORTANT: NON-EU CITIZENS must provide own valid PASSPORT (NO licence driver, NO other documents) 2 - TOURIST TAX : This TAX, required by the local Municipality, has not been included in your prepayment and it must be paid directly to your host during your stay at the property, only in EUROS and only CASH. The amount is 3 EUROS per night per person for the first three nights with the exception of children up to 10 years; for a longer stay guests pay the first 3 nights only! However POSSIBLE CHANGES for the coming season cannot be ruled out; management is not responsible in any way for any changes mentioned above. The amount on the receipt DOES NOT include the tourist tax 4 - CARS are not allowed in town! Limited traffic Zone! Although you can drive up to the entrance of Manarola, you must park the car outside because Manarola is a pedestrian village, made up of sloping walking paths and narrow streets, ups and downs, steps. Due to its morphological peculiarity you have to keep in mind that you can not reach your accommodation by car but only on foot! Think carefully when packing your luggage! 5 - Although CAR is not the best option to reach Manarola and PARKING could give you a little stress, especially during high season or bank holidays, you can try to find a spot either along the main road (for free) in the allowed spaces by paying much attention to the INTERNATIONAL ROAD SIGNS or in the toll parking managed by the Municipality. Both these parking areas are located outside the village, about 15 minute walk from our property. 6 - The accommodation is in the middle part of Manarola within easy walking distance both from the train station (downtown) and the parking (uptown, outside the build up town). But please note: with (heavy) bags the distance could seem much longer! 7 - SELF CHECK IN with lockbox by the entrance door. The DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL, as soon as the accommodation is ready, your host Barbara will send you through the AirBnB chat the CODES to open the lockbox by the door and pick up the key!
