The space Located on a 18-decare area with a cafeteria, swimming pool, fruit trees, swings, and free bikes, Villa Kırkpınar is a facility consisting of private garden villas as well as the main building in which we have been living for 6 generations and now which we use as the reception with our team who is always at your service. . Our villas were built mainly with wooden by using eco-friendly materials. Our villas, where we offer daily cleaning service, were designed as your second home to make you have a holiday in the comfort of a hotel and in the warmth of a house. . Each duplex villa with optional extra beds and with a large patio have been equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, barbecue, fireplace, an air conditioner in every room and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can find any tools you need. In our site, two swimming pools, one of which is for kids, as well as a kids' playground with swings, cafeteria, free bikes and free parking lot are at your service. Guest access Our facility is in a central location between the lake and the mountain, and its lower street is Bağdat Street (former Silk Road). On Bağdat Street, there are cafes and restaurants within 5 or 10-minute distance with many delicious food where you can take a break or eat. Kırkpınar beach is within 15-minute walking distance from our facility, Kurtköy beach (there is a recreation area) is 20-25 minutes over Bağdat street, Sapanca beach is 10 minutes by car, Maşukiye center is 7-10 minutes, and Kartepe Ski Center is 25-30 minutes. In Villa Kırkpınar, you can start the day with our local breakfast at our Kestanealtı Cafe, which we blend with homemade and natural delicacies, and continue the day with our delicious meals. We recommend you to inform us 30 minutes in advance for breakfast, and 1 hour in advance for dinner. Other things to note Facility rules Our facility is secure, but we are not responsible for your valuables. Our bikes are for on-site use, and are free of charge for our guests. Please check the bikes before using them. Our facility is not responsible for broken bikes, and accidents that may occur outside the facility. Please return the bikes to their original place. For our villas in the public area (except VIP, Deluxe, and Stone House): They work with the energy card that we provide. Please do not use another card in the energy card slot. Otherwise, there is a risk that the electrical system may fail and you may be left without power. For your safety, please be sure to remove the energy card from its slot when leaving. You can dial 0 for payment, availability inquiry, and check-out processes (between 8.30 AM and 9.00 PM). For check-out, please return the key to the reception. You can dial 1 for breakfast reservation, and food & beverage orders (between 8.00 AM and 10.30 PM). You can dial 2 for cleaning service, technical service, and all your needs for your villa (between 8.30 AM and 11.00 PM). You can call 3 for tours, transfers, car rental, ticketing, guiding service, and luggage assistance (between 8.30 AM and 9.00 PM). You are requested to ventilate and leave your villa minimum 45 minutes before the cleaning, so that we can send our housekeeping team to your villa during the pandemic. In addition to these, if you have any special requests regarding cleaning or something else, and if you do not want anyone to enter your villa while you are away, please let us know through the housekeeping line by dialing 2. Since the Housekeeping team that deals with the needs and cleaning of the villas is here until 5.00 PM, we kindly request you to notify us of your needs until that time. Our check-out time is at 12.00 by noon. During the check-out, in order to ventilate your villa before cleaning, we kindly request you to open the screen windows of your villa and lock the doors, and return your key to the outdoor check-in desk at our reception balcony.
