Comfy and cozy lower unit of a chalet with 2.5 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen & Dining, living room, foosball table, patio with seasonal salt water outdoor pool, all season electrical 6 person hot tub, BBQ, and patio furniture, on a beautiful well located 50 acre forested property with trails, pond, and river, badminton/volleyball grass field, basketball court. Two lakes close by (5 minutes drive), beaver valley ski hill in 15 minutes, close to many adventure of Grey County. The space This cozy apartment is well heated with central heat, as well as baseboard heater and electrical fireplace which makes it comfortable during cold months. There is a flat TV with HDMI Cable in the living room, windows and patio makes it nice for all other seasons, it has all the comfort of a home with spacious rooms and 11 beds that can sleep 17 people without using the couches and pull out sofa bed in the living room (if you plan to use the pull out sofa let us know in advance to prepare the bedding for it but since beds are 11 including 4 queens, 2 doubles, and 5 twins most likely you don't need that). TVs which could be connected to your laptop (for Netflix or YouTube using the WiFi), Foosball table, board games, and books for night entertainment or rainy days. Kitchen is simple but equipped with efficient induction cook tops, and free stand oven with the size that you can cook 2 normal size pizzas or a whole turkey in it, as well as microwave, coffee maker, electrical kettle, toaster, and a flat TV with HDMI Cable. Guest access Private free parking, Private patio with pool and hot tub and BBQ, Private chalet unit, as well as shared trails, shared badminton/volley ball field, shared basket ball court. Picnic area in the tipi village needs to be arranged ahead. Other things to note No GPS use! Read the direction and follow please. We are taking extra care to disinfect your space due to COVID-19 its safe on our side, on your side wash your hands as often as you can and follow the COVID, heath and safety instructions that you already know. Owners live in the premises, they have pets in their unit, respect their privacy as you expect the same. Manual is mandatory to read and follow. Price is based on number of people so when you book insert the right number of people, extra guests have additional fee. Pets must be arranged and paid for ($40 per pet per stay). Early Check In/Late Check Out must be arranged if available and paid for ($25 per hour). We have firewood for sale $15 per big bag for bonfire. Tipi Village can be visited or arranged for picnicking it has separate fees. Avoid assumption please, each house has its own rule, so please kindly ask.
