As with all Kirkwood Collection properties, guests are welcomed with a champagne reception, daily wine & cheese happy hour, and the signature Kirkwood breakfast. The space Nestled in our carriage house, this accessible room exudes eclectic charm, featuring a king-sized bed, cozy fireplace, and a tranquil atmosphere removed from the main house. It's a delightful blend of comfort and local character, providing guests with an authentic experience immersed in the culture of the Santa Ynez Valley. Guest access The reception desk concierge will provide access and information upon check-in. Other things to note Please present a valid CC to our front desk team upon arrival as Airbnb does not share your payment information with us. BREAKFAST: Complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast from 8-10am daily. WINE + CHEESE HOUR: We offer a daily happy hour of wine, cheese, and charcuterie from 4-5pm PET POLICY: Our registered guests are permitted to bring (2) dogs during their stay in our downstairs guest rooms only. A $50 charge per dog, per night will be applied to the card on file, as will an extra cleaning fee if necessary. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the guest room, and a fine of $250 will be applied to the bill if a pet is discovered left alone in the room. FAMILIES WELCOME: We have rooms that can accommodate families with small children. Please note we do not currently offer pack-n-plays.
