The space The house is equipped with bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Association beach is located at the end of the block, a short walk from the front door. While the house gets a pleasant breeze, it is also equipped with central air conditioning on the main floor. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with closets and dressers in each room, as well as a large hall closet located upon entry to store any coats or supplies. The basement has a pool table, a table for working/board games, and a washer/dryer.
