"Capo Perla Apartments" is a complex of 7 apartments, located within a property of 4,000 square meters. The Residence is located in the Capo Perla area, in Capoliveri, in the southeastern part of the Island of Elba. It is one of the few heritage sites of the island within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, a protected reserve. This area is the ideal place to stay in an oasis of peace, relaxation, privacy and security, away from noise and in close contact with nature and the sea. The space "Casa Anna" is a large family villa, divided into four vacation homes. The apartment in question is located on the ground floor and has an internal area of 45 square meters. It is divided as follows: entrance, living room-kitchen with a single bed, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower; the outdoor space is equipped with furniture for eating and deckchairs to relax in front of the beautiful sea view. The barbecue outside is ideal for enjoying delicious summer grills. The price includes: cleaning of the apartment before check-in, Water, Electricity, Gas, Waste, WiFi, Bed Linen (Pillowcases, Sheets, Blankets), Linen. The apartment is just 400 meters from the sea and has a unique and magnificent view of the bay of Naregno and Porto Azzurro. The beach closest to our property is that of Capo Perla, a small natural cove, truly special and unspoiled, which takes its name from this area. It only takes 5 minutes to walk, crossing a very beautiful path in the middle of nature. From our facility you can also walk to the larger beaches of Naregno and Straccoligno (equipped with all the main services), with another 15 minutes of walking through two other very simple dirt paths. The center of the village of Capoliveri, just 3 kilometers (15 minutes by car), is very nice, especially in the evening, with its characteristic alleys and shops. Other things to note Capoliveri, the town where the "Capo Perla Apartments" Residence is located, is the best known on the Island of Elba, for its various types of beauty: from the numerous and beautiful beaches, to the very rustic and characteristic center, and finally one of the most important features: here you can practice any type of outdoor sport (by land or sea).
