We are renting the Lower level of our personal residence. The lower level is equipped with a microwave, stocked mini-fridge (complimentary beverages), stocked Keurig (complimentary coffee), 1 bedroom (Queen bed), living area and bathroom. Renters will have access to the outdoor pool (in season), outdoor hot tub, fire pit, patio with table and chairs. Location is close to downtown New Glarus ( 2 miles), the New Glarus Brewery (<1mile) New Glarus Woods state park/bike path (<1 mile) and Baileys Run Winery (4 miles). Madison/Verona is only a 20-25 minute drive. Monroe is a 20 minute drive south. We have a friendly dog that reside on the property. Separate entrance is available as well as driveway parking.
