"Amongst the Deer" Spa Pets ok A Julian Favorite

Minutes from town (<3 miles). Come stay where the deer and turkey stay! “The Deer Bungalow" is a large, newly decorated home with fresh beds and furniture. It has been tastefully decorated to be comfortable and inviting. In Pine Hills, you'll see why Julian's area is the most preferred. Mature oaks & pines await you w/ abundant wildlife. Beautiful area to walk in. Wrap around deck, Swing set, horseshoes & hammock. 5 stars all the way. Book early... Perfect for romantic getaways or retreats. The space This is one of four Cabins we have on Airbnb, each offering a very special and unique experience. Just scroll to the bottom and click on our profile picture. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced, as we need time to clean between guests. If you need more time in Julian, it is always best to book an additional day if available. Large jacuzzi, 5-person max, in the backyard to see the stars from. The house is ample and open. It is excellent for one person to escape it all, but also for larger groups and families. For instance, from the kitchen, you can converse with others in the expansive living room, situated in front of the massive fireplace. There are four bedrooms, but one we use as a media room, where we have a 75" Sony TV with Disney, Amazon Prime, and YouTube TV. You can also sleep two on the giant cozy couch in that room with its own full bath and a claw foot tub. One bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds that have fantastic views of the woods and wildlife down below. It also has its own bath and walk-in closet. 2 more can sleep on the front room couch or the full-size pull-out mattress 2 other bedrooms share a full bath on the other side of the house downstairs. There is a dog run outside that is huge for your pet. If you bring a pet, we only ask that you do not allow pets on the beds or furniture and clean up after them. There is a pet fee of $75 for up to 2 pets. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have more than 2 pets. The garage is not for use as we use it for storage. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you need. Linens are all provided. Firewood is available for free, and there is plenty of it. Has A/C and heat throughout. There are also board games, puzzles, and books to share. The house is beautiful and spacious, with numerous windows in each room that allow you to see wildlife, birds, and trees. We are a Christian family, so we have some Christian items around the house. The driveway is made of concrete, making it easy to navigate, and there is plenty of parking. The house is perfect for retreats and is quiet! Walking in the neighborhood is very special and level. Biking in the area is fantastic, too! Pets are charged an extra $75 fee for each of up to three pets and are not allowed on couches or beds! This house is very private and surrounded by oaks and pines. If you want serenity and quiet, beautiful views, and lots of birds singing, this is the place for you. Guest access Entire house and yard. Not the garage Other things to note There is a wheelchair ramp if needed. There is also an Alexa that answers to the word "Echo" to play music, tell you the news, and much more. If additional people are invited who were not initially booked, a $30 per-day fee applies per added guest, regardless of whether they stay overnight or not. The pet fee applies to per pet to up to three pets. You must clean up after your pet, inside and out. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. If there is hair or dirt on the bedspreads or furniture, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. There is a fenced pet area in the yard if needed. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property; an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is not followed. No noise after 10 PM or you will be asked to leave with no refunds. This is a tranquil area. Pls, note spa hours. We do our best to ensure the spa is ready for each guest and have never had an issue. However, if the spa is unusable, we will not consider any financial implications. Sometimes, there are quick turns, and a guest might get the spa dirty or cloudy. We may not have enough time to clean, so the water may be cloudy, but we always do our best to have it ready...
