The home features an open concept, in ceiling surround sound speaker, hardwood floors, and quartz counter tops to boost your vacation vibes. A cozy upscale “travel by plane” themed home is easy to appreciate, with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances. Easy access to I-75, I-85, and 285 Bypass. The space The home is located in East Point, Atlanta, GA. Not to far from the downtown city of Atlanta the home is an a beautiful neighborhood where families from generations reside. For your benefit, our home is equipped with security cameras and sensors that monitor the property throughout the entire stay. And also please be kind to our neighbors when it comes to noise levels. No loud music played outside the home. No parties, No loitering in the street at anytime or that would be considered disruptive. There are other home owner’s within close proximity and that could potentially result in a $500 fee added to your booking. *** Please Note: As our guest you are allowed through the entire home EXCEPT the back closet that states restricted area and the attic. We want you to enjoy your home away from home, this is not a place to host a party. The home has a 8 person maximum specific occupancy rate. ***Parties of 9 or more in general, staying over night or NOT, is prohibited without prior notice and will be charged an additional $75 per guest. All guest who are occupying the unit must be on the reservation in order to properly prepare the home. Guest access Guest will be provided, sent through the app, a code to enter the keyless home. Information on how to disarm the alarm will be sent as well. Parking is available in the driveway and carport. It is a double driveway made for easy in and out. Just be careful to NOT hit the objects surrounding the home. Other things to note Your account must be a verified in order to receive an approval for bookings. Meaning you’ve submitted a government issued ID (driver’s license, passport, state ID) to the platform, you have a recent profile picture, and contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) have been saved to the account profile. These requirements adds an extra layer of security for you as well as your verified Host. ** Please Note: We are open to provide services to those guest requesting a long term stay or for those who are having a special occasion! Please provide a short detailed description of the reason for your extended stay or what the special occasion includes and your inquiry will be taken into consideration. And to reiterate you must have a verified account profile with previous stay history that includes positive reviews from the host to be considered for any extended stays. Additional rules *** Please Note: NO Shoes allowed in the Home. Especially NO HEELS past the foyer entrance!!! (ANY DAMAGE TO ORIGINAL WOOD FLOORS WILL INCUR AN EXPENSIVE CHARGE $500 min.) ***Upon check in. Towels are found in each bedroom closet along with other cleaning supplies in the guest bathroom and kitchen. There is a queen double height air mattress in the guest bedroom closet that allows access with extra linen and pillow. *** Please NO FOOD or Drinks inside the bedrooms. Any spills, stains, or pet hair on the rugs or carpet will result in an extra cleaning fee on top of the standard cleaning fee. *** Please Do Not Move Furniture. Any rearranging of the home must be communicated to and accepted by HOST before doing so and if agreed upon the home must be reorganized in the way it was at check in. (IF GRANTED PLEASE FO NOT DRAG FURNITURE ACROSS THE FLOORS) as it may damage the furniture and/or the floor. *** Please DO NOT PLACE HOT pots and pans or appliances on the quarts countertops. ( Any damages to the countertops will incur a $500 min. charge) *** Any furniture damage during your stay will result in a $250 min. So please no liquids directly on the wood. Please use a coaster or paper towel. ***Please Note: No additional guest outside the guest pre-approved for the reservation. This can cause for you reservation to be immediately canceled at anytime without a refund and an additional charge of $75 per additional guest/ visitor. Checkout Please check out before 11am. So the cleaning crew can properly disinfect and reorganize the home back to its original place for the next guest. (If not you may run the risk of them arriving while you’re still there and also receiving an unauthorized late check out fee of $100 per hour starting at 11:01)Authorized late checkout is Available but contact host for information.
