The Lounge is beautiful with comfortable luxurious seating and with views to the pool deck meaning you can also keep an eye on the children from here. It also benefits from a large flat screen television and will be the hub of the home, where you can spend time together after a busy day in the parks watching a movie or catching up on a game or two. The Second Lounge / Loft Area is situated on the upper floor and has another large luxury sofa and a further flat screen TV, which is perfect for entertaining the children or for when an important game clashes with a good movie. The High-End Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and with the addition of a large breakfast bar, it is perfect for a breakfast or a quick lunch and means that you can still enjoy a little company while preparing meals. The King Bedroom - Downstairs includes a King Bed, television and has a Bathroom next door that includes Bath with Shower. The King Bedroom - Upstairs has a rich sumptuous décor that includes a King Bed and a flat screen television. The King Suite – Upstairs again has the most luxurious interior and includes a King bed, flat screen television and the Ensuite Facilities of a Bath and separate Shower and twin basin unit. The Queen Bedroom - Upstairs upstairs has a Queen bed, plus a flat screen television, again decorated in elegant fashion. Twin Bedroom situated upstairs and is decorated in a more contemporary fashion with lovely bright hues that give a fresh ambience to the room and includes a flat screen television with the facilities of the Family bathroom nearby. There is a further half bathroom located downstairs. THIS HAS TO BE THE HOME FOR THE MORE DECERNING TRAVELLER THAT WILL MAKE A HOLIDAY TO CHERISH Resort Facilities: Resort facilities are run by a third party. Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract. You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities. Policies: - We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in. - Swim at your Own Risk - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time. - Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more. - Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57) - Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road - Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. - Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room). - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing - Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs. Marbella Just 3 miles south of Interstate 4 on Highway 27 with Easy Access to the I4 All of Orlando’s World Class Attractions Are at Your Doorstep Including Shopping and Golf There is a shopping complex with a Publix supermarket only 2 minutes from Marbella and there is also a 24 hours Super Wal-Mart just 5 minutes south down Highway 27. If you head a few minutes north on 27 you also have the Posner Park Shopping Mall which benefits from a Super Target, JC Penney's and numerous other stores and restaurants plus a recently opened Imax Cinema Complex. There is also a good selection of local restaurants such as Chilli's at Champions Gate and Applebee's which is on Highway 27. If you are looking for a real Florida culinary experience, then Manny's Chop House is only 10 minutes from Marbella and is always on our wish list every time we visit.
